A certified professional will arrive at your lab at a date and time of your choosing (usually coordinated with system delivery to your lab), audit and inspect all system components, perform system installation to factory specifications, perform testing of the instrument system to ensure viability, followed by training of all end-users on the following system functions:

• system safety

• vacuum pressure system & chamber configurations

• basic instrument operation

• material source loading preparation

• coating techniques for your applications

• system cleaning

• required maintenance

Once training is completed, your new instrument system is signed off by both the installer and buyer acknowledging that the system was received in good condition, was properly installed, is fully operational, and all end-users have received proper instrument training by a factory certified professional.
